A mindful winter practice entails bringing mind and body to the same space.

In this 3-hour workshop, Didem will help you to set up a winter practice for your special needs. The workshop will focus on the following subjects:
1) A short lecture on fundamentals of the sexy word “mindfulness” and conceptualization of mindfulness &meditation practice
2) Mindful movement experiments i.e. simple, gentle, supported and restful yoga postures
3) Breathing exercises for relaxation
4) A guided Zen meditation
This workshop is very suitable for beginners to yoga and meditation, anyone who would like to learn various relaxation techniques for the mind & body. There is a special focus for anxiety and chronic pain as Didem spent many years to become friends with her anxiety and chronic pain.

Didem is a yoga teacher with a long time Zen meditation practice. She combines all teachings that helped her to accept herself as she is. Ultimately self-compassion and acceptance brings the peace.
