A meditative movement practice, Tai Chi Chuan enhances a peaceful state of being that is grounded and clear and allows for the experience of harmonious fluid movements.
Ms. Komo's background as a dancer and an Alexander teacher influences and informs her teaching. Some of the benefits of these practices are improved well being through stress reduction, sharpened concentration, memory enhancement, better balance and coordination.
This Tai Chi class includes elements of Qi Gong, as well as guidance for students using Alexander Technique.
